RETURNS
If you are not totally satisfied with your Petite Pluie product(s), please send an email to support@petitepluie.com within 30 days and let us know why you'd like to return the product(s). If approved, we will provide mailing instructions. Simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund you the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Please Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for opened or used products. And, only items purchased on www.petitepluie.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your Petite Pluie product at one of our authorized retailers including Amazon, please contact them directly for assistance.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at support@petitepluie.com with photos of the packaging and your order number, and a description of the damage. Petite Pluie will review your email and replace all reasonable claims.
If your package is missing, please have a thorough look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight and check-in with anyone who might have already picked up the package for you. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact USPS first.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3~5 business days.
