ARE PETITE PLUIE SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?

All of our products are non-toxic and free of harsh ingredients including parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oils, BHA, BHT, BPA, artificial flavors, PEGs, silicones, synthetic coloring, artificial l fragrance, phenoxyethanol, animal-derived ingredients, and so on.

ARE ALL PETITE PLUIE PRODUCTS VEGAN?

All PETITE PLUIE products are vegan with the exception of Face Smoothing Patches which contain Hydrolyzed Collagen.

IS PETITE PLUIE SKINCARE CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes, all PETITE PLUIE Skincare products are PETA-certified cruelty free.

DO PETITE PLUIE SKINCARE PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

PETITE PLUIE skincare products expire. Please check the expiration date on the bottom of the packaging. Use within 6 months of opening.

WHY ARE PETITE PLUIE SKINCARE PRODUCTS COLORED AND SCENTED?

We use a combination of natural ingredients without synthetic coloring and artificial fragrance.

SHIPPING. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES PETITE PLUIE PROVIDE?

Our standard shipping method for domestic and international orders is USPS, Canada Post or major couriers . All shipments include tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For faster delivery options for US and Canada customers, please visit our Amazon Store for Prime shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship orders Monday-Friday not including holidays and work hard to fulfill each order as quickly as we can. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays. Please be patient as we're working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as we can!

WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, FEES OR DUTY TAX?

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs. As this varies per country, prices are calculated by your local government. PETITE PLUIE is not responsible for custom fees or duty taxes.

WHAT IS YOUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $50 USD for US Customers and over $50 CAD for Canadian Customers.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

We recommend that you always double check all the information before placing your order. Once an order is placed, that information is immediately sent to our Fulfillment Team and the shipping process is initiated. If you have made an error entering your shipping address, need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@petitepluie.com

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS MISSING PRODUCT?

Please reach out to our customer service team via support@petitepluie.com for any order issues. Be sure to include your order # in your initial email, so we can best assist you. You may also be asked to submit photos of any damaged items. We’re standing by and will do everything on our end to ensure 100% transparency on sorting out your order.

Please note that PETITE PLUIE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

PETITE PLUIE does not accept exchanges or returns for opened or used products. Returns may only be accepted for unopened boxes of unused product within 30 days of purchase. On returns, we'll provide mailing instructions. You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning for a refund. A refund will be processed once we receive the product back. 

Please note that if a return item is lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund. And, only items purchased on www.petitepluie.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your PETITE PLUIE product at one of our authorized retailers including amazon stores, please contact them directly for assistance.
